kvartly.com — real estate marketplace in Georgia with lead generation

kvartly.com is our own PropTech product: a real estate marketplace for Georgia built around a community of local experts. Buyers and investors get a catalogue of new developments and resale properties with ROI analysis; developers and agents get verified profiles, listings and leads.

The business model is lead generation: a request from the catalogue goes to a verified agent or developer, and the platform tracks it from first contact to registration. On top sits a SaaS for managing property listings — units, prices, construction progress, media — that developers and agencies use as their inventory tool.

Content matters as much as the catalogue: market figures, immigration and relocation guides, area overviews. The site is multilingual, so SEO architecture — localized routes, hreflang, structured data for listings — was designed in from day one.

Stack: Next.js frontend, NestJS backend, PostgreSQL via Supabase, Redis for caching and queues. Founder & developer role. The MVVM layer of the frontend runs on our open-source framework Palistor — kvartly.com is one of its two production deployments.
