These days I build my own products in EdTech, PropTech and SaaS — egesto.ru, kvartly.com, pali.rent — plus open source: Palistor, a declarative MVVM framework for React that runs in production on two of them, and paliproxy, a proxy pool manager for Node.js.

A separate focus is AI agents in production: a harness with tools, subagents and a memory system for managing an application and its data. The most complete example is the AI agent inside a Power BI-grade analytics system, which builds reports and changes data models in natural language.

Palisoft is a small studio, not an agency: the person you talk to on the first call is the one who designs the architecture and writes the core of the system. When a project needs more hands, we bring in developers we have worked with before and keep the technical lead in-house.

Every project starts with architecture: data model, service boundaries, event flows and the deployment scheme are written down before the first feature. That is what lets a platform grow from zero to hundreds of B2B clients without a rewrite. Code lives in your repository from the first commit, work goes in milestones with demos, and support continues after launch.
