pali.rent — fleet-management SaaS for rental companies

pali.rent is our own SaaS for rental companies: fleet, bookings and orders, team roles (admins, operators, drivers), finances with flexible pricing and a marketplace widget for taking bookings from the company’s own site. The interface is available in 18 languages.

The product is a second-generation take on fleet management after five years of toprentapp.com: the same domain, but a leaner core designed for self-service onboarding. Plans go from a free tier (up to 30 orders a month) to Base, Pro and Full at €29–149 per month; premium services such as geocoding and SMS/email are billed per use.

Architecturally it is a multi-tenant Next.js + NestJS application over PostgreSQL (Supabase) with usage-based limits enforced in the backend — the same patterns we ship for clients. The frontend runs on our open-source MVVM framework Palistor; pali.rent is its first production deployment.
