About the project
A CRM system for the Elit Taxi service: a dispatcher console for taking and assigning orders, live vehicles and orders on an OpenStreetMap map, driver and client records, and reporting for management. Middle React developer, 2019–2020.
Frontend on React with Redux and Redux-Saga for the order flow — long-running sagas kept order state consistent while dispatchers, drivers and the map updated in real time. Ant Design provided the dense, table-heavy interface a dispatch room needs.
The project was the step from standalone websites to application development: state management at scale, real-time data and a UI where a mistake costs an order.
